Steps to Reproduce

1. Take any consumable item (food or can).
2. Attempt to drop the item.
3. Observe that it becomes a grey square.
4. Try different consumables.
5. Notice that some cannot be dropped.
6. Attempt to equip a consumable.
7. Observe that it cannot be equipped.

Explanation

When dropping consumable items, they turn into a grey square with no visible details. Different types of food and cans all look the same. Some consumables also cannot be dropped and none of them can be equipped. Some of the consumables cannot be dropped (spoiled food, energy bar, water bottle). One of the consumable is invisible (snack) when dropped
