Steps to Reproduce

  1. Zoom out
  2. Zoom all of the way in
  3. Press space

Explanation

You can't jump in first person. if you zoom your camera all of the way in, you can't jump. Another connection to this bug is you also can't jump if you change your camera view in any helicopher by pressing ctrl.
