Conflicting Key Bindings in FreeCam: Report Menu Interrupts Camera Lock/Unlock

Steps to Reproduce

1. Press Shift + P to enter freecam
2. Press L to lock your camera, but instead it would show the report key menu
3. Press L again to unlock your camera, but the report key menu pops up again
4. To attempt to hide the Freecam controls on the side, press M, but it sends you to the "Map" menu section

Explanation

UI interruption
When using FreeCam, if you want to lock your camera, the report key menu also pops up when you press L. If you want to unlock your camera, you have to press L again, and the menu pops up again.
Another interruption is when you try to hide the FreeCam side options when you press M; instead of hiding the options, it opens the main menu page for the map. So it never actually hides the Freecam options on the side.
