Steps to Reproduce

1. in the player selection menu select departments
2. right click the department that you had a previous save for
3. click edit
4. click spawn

Explanation

still possible to play as departamental teams through "editing" previous slots you had opened.
( minor issue, but could be exploited by those who are removed from departments. )

When in the player selection menus it is intentional that departments are locked for tests, but for some reason, you can still "right click" to edit and spawn as them.

This can cause issues in the future such as those who are blacklisted from departments or removed from the groups still be able to play as said departments through right clicking with edit.
