Steps to Reproduce

1. Ragdoll through any means: commands or falling
2. Wall into water or be in water when ragdoll ends
3. Once un-ragdoll, you will begin to spin uncontrollably

Explanation

Re-Tested: Ragdoll in water still causes infinite spinning till you reach land
