Menu Navigation Causes Glitch in Tribe/Squad Sections

Steps to Reproduce

1. Press M and open the menu
2. Open the tribe / squad section
3. Press Return to menu
4. glitch happens

Explanation

When opening the menu and selecting the tribe section and pressing "return to menu" It causes you to glitch out and the selection screen shows as blank.

This happens with either the squad section, or the tribe section open.
