Steps to Reproduce

1. Go up to a vehicle depot
2. Zoom in on any vehicle image
3. Try to zoom out

Explanation

Whenever configuring with the images of the vehicles in the vehicle depot, if you scroll up to view the vehicles closer, you can't undo the magnification. It stays zoomed in.
