Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in as an aquatic capable dinosaur
2. Dart both in and out of water.

Explanation

Dart is bugged, only when in deep water. It doesn't dart, just makes the dinosaur swim in circles and swim up simultaneously. It only works when you're at the surface and dart out of the water. Works like this on all dinosaurs, but I figured testing on kapro, the one who's meant to dart, would be best.
