Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get in the drivers seat of any vehicle (URAL Recommended)
  2. Have another person sit in the vehicle
  3. Look in a direction that puts your camera through that person
  4. Move your camera around

Explanation

When in any vehicle and looking through another player or if another player is in your view, they will obstruct it even if they are in the vehicle making it hard to look around in some vehicles.
