Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Anky
2. Go to a water source
3. Enter/exit the water near the shoreline/shallow water areas

Explanation

Anky when entering or exiting shallow water constantly gets teleported slightly upwards not allowing it to enter/exit water easily
