Steps to Reproduce

1. Fall from a high altitude or trigger ragdoll.
2. Wait for the character to start standing up.
3. Move towards or into a vehicle.
4. Observe that the character can noclip through the vehicle.

Explanation

After ragdolling or falling from a high altitude, when the character starts to stand up again, they can noclip through vehicles.
