Steps to Reproduce

1. Give yourself 1 arrow
2. Use the arrow
3. Keep the bow equipped
4. Obtain another arrow
5. Try to use the arrow

Explanation

After running out of ammo with the crude bow and gaining ammo while the bow is equipped and in your inventory you won't be able to use the arrows until you unequip the bow.
