Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into a crawling/prone position.
2. Attempt to jump.
3. Observe that the character is able to jump.
4. Move while crawling.
5. Notice that movement speed is unusually fast.

Explanation

While crawling, the character is able to jump and move at a running speed. Jumping while crawling feels unrealistic, and there is no option to move faster in a controlled or intended way while on the ground.
