Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a crude spear
2. Aim and throw it at glass
3. attempt to recollect the crude spear

Explanation

Throwing crude spears at glass prevents you from recollecting it
this also applies to vehicles for some reason, nothing shows up on console
It doesn't apply to all objects and you can still pick them up from the ground
