Steps to Reproduce

1. Join game in either roleplay or sandbox mode.
2. Select human team.
3. Join as a survivor or any department.
4. Enter character customization screen.

Explanation

The survivor team character creation section has problems with brightness. The light reflecting off your character is too bright to see much of anything on the character like their face.
Seeing as there is a problem reported with the opposite during night time, I can only suggest making character customization happen in its own contained area with managed lighting.
