Steps to Reproduce

1. Approach and use vehicle spawner
2. Click edit on Power RHIB
3. Click on the countermeasures tab a little lower

Explanation

Clicking the countermeasures tab while on Power RHIB with the vehicle spawner causes the UI to try and open the recall feature which sits behind the spawning UI.
