Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hop on a human department
  2. Spawn a boat
  3. Get in the boat, then exit the boat

Explanation

The RHIB places the character unnaturally far away from the boat.

Whilst it should either place you on the boat or near it, it places you like 1-2 boat lengths away from it.
