Steps to Reproduce

1. enter a vehicle then exit it.
2. try to equip any item
3. enter menu page, camera terminal, ect.

Explanation

when you exit a vehicle and try to equip an item, it plays the animation (or just doesn't) and does not let you equip the item. this is fixed when you enter a UI that removes your inventory bar. (menu page, camera terminal, workbench)
