Steps to Reproduce

1. This happens: when your on top of Rocks, near water's edge, near gates, on ramps
2. Can get on the ground with Z, and crouch again after that, but cannot stand up totally
3. Doesnt seem to appear in logs
4. Cars dont apply to this, if you stand on top a car or near it you can crouch and stand up normally
