Steps to Reproduce

1. Build ANY structure (tmk)
2. Activate "move" on a BUILT structure (hammer or wrench)
3. Move the BUILT structure

Explanation

Messed up structure orientation when using "move".

Expanding on bug #244,
Provided a clip using f9 and what I was doing during the microprofile dump.
