Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn a boat
2. exiting out of the boat which causes the tool ui to get messed up and not work unless you click on it to equip

Explanation

-tool bar ui becoming unusable unless you click on it in order to equip items but becomes normal again after sitting in a vehicle; it doesn't matter which but upon exiting, it goes back to its messed-up form
-exiting out of a boat causes you to spawn quite a distance away instead of exiting on it and spams errors which drops frames heavily (Reached 23k errors )
