Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the moderation panel with "F2"
2. for private messages press private message and send any explicit message of any sort
3. for announcement type in any swear announcement.

Explanation

Every chat function ingame has no chat filter of any sort, the following that have these are:

Private messages

Announcements

and any other features that allow you to chat with other players other than main chat

this happens constantly and no tags filter the messages.

intended use should be that these messages have a filter to prevent any explicit messages that could get the game banned
