Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop on any dinosaur
2. Hold w then L alt (moving, then try stationary without w)
3. Look around

Explanation

Left alt for free-look doesn't work. Holding it stationary keeps my head from moving and lets me look, but I cannot do it while moving, it keeps my head where it was but then i cannot move in a straight line to look around.
