Coelophysis Electrical Shock Ability Not Activating

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn as a Coelophysis
2. Get a bar completed for your electrical blinding shock
3. Press F

Explanation

Coelophysis can't activate its electrical shock. Upon attempting to activate the shock by pressing F, even after having completed all three bars, nothing would happen. I thought that it could have switched to a different key, but no, it hasn't. It just doesn't work.
