Wall placement bug when out of range error occurs despite proper mouse position

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place down some walls
2. Go out of the building tool
3. Go back into the building tool and attempt to place a wall

Explanation

Whenever you try placing walls after already placing some, it says it is out of range when your mouse isn't even pointed in the area where it is highlighted. I am not 100% confident that the steps to produce the bug are the way, but I am just doing it the way that I did it.
(In the video, you cannot see my mouse, but I am trying to continue finishing the wall).
