Steps to Reproduce

1. Have the RHIB be grabbed by a deino
2. Have the deino release the RHIB
3. RHIB won't respond to driver inputs but the engine is still on
4. Have the driver hop out
5. Have the driver hop back on
6. RHIB works

Explanation

Power RHIBs stop responding to driver inputs after being released by a deino, requiring the user to step out and back on the driver's seat
