Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter the helicopter as the pilot.
2. Equip NVGs.
3. Start flying.
4. Shoot flares.
5. Notice that the flares deploy and the NVGs toggle on at the same time.

Explanation

When you equip NVGs and shoot flares while flying the helicopter in the pilot seat, it activates both the flares and the NVGs at the same time.
