Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in
2. Give self wrench or building tools
3. and place down building stuff and observe when trying to place smth next to smth that already exist

Explanation

Snaping system and grid system for building tools / wrench are very buggy

Often not having correct snapping spacing and all that

Grid and Snap settings also dont seem to work (like its always on snap)
