Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in
2. Place down Standing spotlight using wrench
3. Place down Generator
4. Attempt to use the standing spotlight / turn it on

Explanation

Standing Spotlight when placed down doesnt work / light up the area.

There is no prompt for it even after it being connected to the generator.
