Team Selection Issue in Menu Navigation

Steps to Reproduce

1. select any department / survivor team
2. open the menu
3. return to menu
4. attempt to reselect the team you are already on
5. does not let you select it even if you right or left click.

Explanation

When selecting any human team ( department / survivor ) and than menuing and trying to reselect it, it doesn't work unless you return back into the main menu screen.

intended use: When menuing as an island ranger and reselecting the island ranger team, you should be able to select it and respawn as an island ranger.

Actual case: When menuing as an island ranger and reselecting the ranger team, it doesnt let you select it even if you click " right click to edit "

this happens every single time when menuing.
