Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in as either Male or Female Adult Dilophosaurus
2. Look around

Explanation

Whenever looking around as both Male and Female Adult Dilophosaurus, the head does not turn sideways.
It only goes up and down.
Potential issues were found in the f9 logs.
