Steps to Reproduce

1. throw spear at human
2. it should kill them
3. it doesnt appear

Explanation

Crude spear disappears when being thrown into a human character

Intended: Akin to when throwing a spear into a structure or the ground, it should appear and be able to be picked up. When throwing a spear at a human character, it should still appear and be able to be picked up.

Actual: the spear disappears when being thrown into a human body unable to be picked up
