Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in game as a human IR.
2. A handbook appears onto your screen.
3. Click around through the tabs and read everything prompted.
4. Attempt to click Close.

Explanation

The ranger handbook gets locked on screen after attempting to close it. This further lead to an issue where UI on screen started stacking and messing with vision.
