Steps to Reproduce

  1. Equip Binoculars
  2. Toggle Night Vision
  3. Click Once to Leave the Zoomed in View
  4. Bug happens

Explanation

When turning on the Night Vision on Binoculars and leaving the zoomed in view, without unequipping it. It keeps on the Night Vision Effect. The night Vision Effect goes away when the Binoculars are unequipped.
