Menu Navigation Glitch on Item Spawn

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn in consistently for a short period of time ( should take 2 times )
2. open the menu with M and in a quick succession when you get your items
3. press return to menu
4. bug happens

Explanation

Menu navigation bug still persists when spawning in and receiving items and menuing

When spawning in once, menuing, spawning in again in a quick succession you end up in a blank menu screen with absolutely no UI.

I believe the core cause of this is that when spawning in and receiving items the UI from receiving the items overlaps with the selection UI.

intended use: when receiving your items and just spawning in and menuing, you should be able to see the items

actual situation: when receiving your items and just spawning in and menuing, it brings you to a blank screen without UI.

Possible fix: make a cooldown for menuing when spawning in to prevent this glitch.
