Steps to Reproduce

1. Face any structure within at least 1 body length
2. Use utahraptor pounce

Explanation

When using pounce, utahraptor can phase through most materials to my knowledge, this requires a specific distance and possibly specific angle too. this is easily repeatable and can be used to get into areas that would previously be restricted, such as terrain underground or locked human structures.
