Steps to Reproduce

1. Get into a MAC-Vs M2 gunner seat
2. Partially deplete ammo supply
3. Hit R to reload ammo
4. Bug occurs, radio appears mid reload blocking inputs until put away

Explanation

M2 gunner reload overlaps with radio hotkey, just a simple change to disable pulling out the radio whilst in the M2 gunner seat on the MAC-V (possibly helo gunners, not tested)
