Persistent 'GET UP' UI After Ragdolling from Helicopters

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get out of a helicopter while its flying
2. Ensure your character will be ragdolled
3. When you land, you shouldn't take any fall damage, and should be able to press E.
4. After pressing E, the UI should stay on your screen

Explanation

This bug occurs whenever you are ragdolled from vehicles like the helicopter. The bug occurs with the UI saying "GET UP" and telling you to press E. When you do get up, the UI stays even when you're not ragdolled anymore, and you do press E.
