Steps to Reproduce

1. Give yourself any weapon with the staff panel without refreshing inventory
2. Put the weapon in your hotbar
3. In the staff panel, remove the weapon from your inventory
4. The weapon show it is gone from your hotbar when looking at your inventory but is still in your hotbar.

Explanation

This bug relates to removing an item from your inventory, usually a weapon, while it is in your weapon slot. This is better explained in the steps to reproduce.
