Texture Loading Errors with Jungle Trees on Server

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a server
2. leafs of trees in jungle biome may be untextured (takes 5 minutes to render)?
3. Check F9 panel

Explanation

Many errors with textures not loading with certain trees / buildings

When creating a server and playing, there is a small chance that some trees in the jungle area may not have a texture. Despite not having textures, it takes a long time for the leafs of these trees to render ( took about 5 minutes for me ).

When checking the F9 panel, several errors with failed to load textures appear. I tried to replicate this issue by creating a new server, but it did not persist, may be something that happens by chance.
