Scroll down to the DA-7 characters
Hover the Therizinosaurus character
Note that it states that DA-7 rank is required and cannot be spawned as, even if the user has the DA-7 rank

The Therizinosaurus character cannot be spawned as by a DA-7 user, despite the user meeting the required rank.
