Steps to Reproduce

1. go to mrpd cells
2. go to any cell 7-11
3. walk into it, you dont need any keys nothing
4. this is a big issue as criminals can jsut walk out
5. thats all i got for this one lol

Explanation

cells 7 - 11 are not locked, they just swing open and shut. this needs fixing as criminals will EXCAPE if not

also blue doors to get into cells are broken. they dont lock at all
