Steps to Reproduce

1. Do job
2. If vehicle big, go to back end job
3. If vehicle small, take it to tow yard, impound it, then can't put tow truck back in storage

Explanation

before this patch was released - Fix towing , allow pulling from either front or back

It worked fine

That patched broke towing

You cant put tow truck back and you cannot tow large vehicles send towtruck flying
