Steps to Reproduce

1. Create document in phone app
2. Wait for tsunami or possible logging out

Explanation

Phone Documents - I created a document on the phone app done the title and description saved it and seem to be working fine, But then after tsunami the document title/description was gone and also says the document its 50+ years old.
