Steps to Reproduce

  1. Get a call from a downed player
  2. Arrive at the scene and attempt rescue
  3. Click use trauma kit to revive

Explanation

When attempting to heal another player it asks for a trauma kit , but because of the inventory check failing you arent allowed to successfully complete it.
