Steps to Reproduce

1. When getting handcuffed, I can continuously break out of the cuffs.
2. Even when not pressing anything to break out, the minigame continues infinitely.
3. If I fail the minigame, it doesn't cuff me either.
4. I get auto cuffed on the 3rd attempt.

Explanation

Handcuffs Minigame Broken when getting cuffed by an officer. Minigame is infinite even on failure.
