Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to sell a vehicle

Explanation

When attempting to sell a vehicle and the player accepts the bill, nothing happens beyond that point. No mail indicating purchase, and money doesn't get deducted / added to business account. Vehicle doesn't get added to garage
