Prevent AFK Leader Lock by Redirecting Non-Moving Drop Leaders

Fix the AFK Leader Lock issue by detecting when a drop leader is not moving at the end of a kick-off, turning them around to prevent them from going out of bounds, and setting up an invisible wall to prevent crossing.
