Add Permanent Casual Arena and Casual Takedown Modes with 2-Second Portal Cooldown

Create two new permanent modes: Casual Arena and Casual Takedown, where players have a 2-second cooldown to pass through their own portals after going through them twice. Display the cooldown countdown somewhere on the screen.
