Steps to Reproduce

1. Voice chat and texting not working with crossplay.
2. text does not appear on other platforms.
3. the microphone icon appears when playing with crossplay, but can't hear anybody besides people on the same platform as me.
4. tested these issues with two platforms.
5. Please test if these issues are happening with other platforms using crossplay.

Explanation

Voice chat and texting not working with crossplay, text does not appear on other platforms, the microphone icon appears, but I can't hear anyone, and i tested these issues with two platforms.
